Until last week I was happy in my coccoon, confident that although it was plagued by religious nutjobs, militant nationalists, suicide-bombing Kurdish separatists and politically-correct "oh, but it's their culture" democracy groupies, Turkey was still safe from the sinister threat of bunny-toting Hare Krishna maniacs. Until last week. Now, my dreams of security are shattered forever.
