A dried-up guitarfish (family Rhinobatidae,) I saw nailed to the door of a fish restaurant in the Karaburun region of the Turkish Aegean. Guitarfishes look both like sharks and their close relatives, the rays. They supposedly taste great, but local restaurants have yet to figure out how to fix a tasty bowl of guitarfish soup.
