A British Classic: Drunken people helping their drunken friends vomit on the pavement. To be fair, such scenes can be observed in almost any metropolis in the world.
To illustrate my point, here is another example, this time from Istanbul. Behold the vomit-clogged sinks of the infamous Bambi Bufe in Taksim.
